Terms and Conditions for Ordering Prescription Medications

Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic (mintrxpharmacy.com), located in North Palm Beach, FL is a fully licensed and regulated pharmacy that shall abide by all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the dispensing of prescription only products. Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic shall follow the strictest laws and regulations between federal law, our home state of Florida, and the state a prescription is being shipped to.

If you are purchasing prescription product through our website, you hereby acknowledge that you either possess a valid prescription(s) written by a legally authorized U.S. licensed prescriber that you will mail directly to our pharmacy's physical address, have a valid prescription(s) with refills on file with another U.S. licensed pharmacy that can be legally transferred to our pharmacy, or have a reasonable expectation that your legally authorized U.S. licensed prescriber will provide Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic with a valid prescription for the medication that you plan on purchasing. Examples of authorized prescribers include, but are not limited to the following: Optometrist, Physician, Dermatologist, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician’s Assistant.

At the discretion of Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic, if we are not provided with a valid prescription for any prescription medication that you have purchased from Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic, your order will not be processed. Payment will be taken only after a valid prescription is obtained.

It is unlawful to attempt to obtain a prescription product without a valid prescription. Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic will not dispense any prescription product without a valid prescription. We also take fraudulent prescriptions very seriously and we will help ensure any person(s) involved with a fraudulent prescription are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Prescriptions must originate from an actively licensed prescriber who is in good standing within the United States. Based on the patient, prescriber, federal laws, and state-to- state laws and regulations, Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any customer and/or for any medication.

Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic is currently licensed to sell prescription medications (with a valid U.S. prescription) to residents of the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, *Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

If you do not see your state listed above, please check back periodically, as we have pending licensure in several states. *Does not require out of state licensure
